How to avoid messages from IAHR going to your spam box
Setting your email spam filter to receive from both newsflash@iahr.org and mailing-list@iahr.org will ensure safe delivery to your inbox. This will help prevent your email booking confirmation & iahr.org promotional mailings from being blocked or classified as spam.
If you use Outlook 2003 or after, you can add the iahr.org address to your safe sender list.
If you'd like to 'delist' iahr.org mail so it does not get tagged as spam you may also be able to do the following:
- Login to your webmail client
- Find the most recent iahr.org email that was tagged as spam
- Select the tick box next to the email
- At the top of the page there may be a button titled 'not spam' or similar - click on this button
- This will notify your mail client that you consider iahr.org emails to be valid. This should allow future emails from iahr.org and help prevent them from being classified as spam.
Please note, this feature may be available through your provider's web mail software and may not be possible in Outlook or Outlook Express
